Hannah Bollinger

1980-1998

Do not stand by my grave and weep,

I am not there, I do not sleep,

I am the birds soaring in the sky,

I am the gleam in a child's eye,

I am the sun that shines warm in June,

I am the wind on a cold winter afternoon,

I am the bright colors of leaves on a crisp fall day,

I am the newness of each spring day,

I will be with you in all that you do,

Watching over to see you through,

Please do not stand by my grave and cry,

I am not there, I did not die.

Hannah,

There are many things that one must go through each and every day; trials and tribulations. Some are overlooked, some take time and attention away from everything you do for days, weeks, months on end. When I lost you, it was one of the most difficult times of my life. I had only known you for less than a year, and had only really gotten to know you a couple of months before God decided that he needed you more than the others that loved you did. I know I shouldn't greive like I do, but it, God willing, will be a long time before I get the chance to see you face-to-face again, and each day that goes by after your passing is difficult.. I couldn't think of a song better suited to put on this site in your honor. It's the song I remember from the time we first met, and the song I remember from just after I was told it was time to say goodbye. I know that you're in a better place, and Heaven's chorus of angels is just that much brighter with you, Nicole, and Terrance. I love you Hannah, and God bless you.
