A highly original story.  This tells the fictional tail of the cast members of "The Lion King: The Musical".  Very well written and interesting.

Original versions

This is a wonderful group of stories that explores the world of "The Lion King" from Simba's Grandfather to his son.  These are some of my all time favorite stories.  They are well written and compliment "The Lion King" very nicely.  There are a total of 7 stories in the collection, and I highly recommend all of them.

Take a closer look as Simba returns home to the Pride Lands after growing up in exile.

Dabazi Text
or
HTML

This is the story of a young lion, Dabazi, who as a cub lost his family. This story is part of an upcoming larger series of stories. They take place at the same time as TLK and the two interact, though elements of the TLK story change considerably from the movie. This is quite an interesting story idea, and I look forward to reading the next part.

This is a sad story about a lioness exiled from her pride. It is sad but very good.

Kisasian vs. the Professor

This is a highly original series of stories.  Based on "The Tales of Tanabi", this story takes place in the year 2039.  It is the story of an english professor and his interaction with a painting of Kisasian.  A very good set of short stories.

Originally called "Taka's Song" this is one of the best, if not the best, fan fiction stories about Scar.  It picks up at the end of "The Lion King" and follows the life of Scar.  It shows how he copes and evolves after barely escaping with his life.  This one is a must read for any Scar fan, and a very good story even if you are not.

Proving that less is often more, this is a short but incredible piece of work. It is both original and insightful, giving us a new perspective on a powerful moment from the original movie.

This is a great short story.  It starts out shortly before the begging of "The Lion King" and gives us some wonderful insights to some of the characters, particularly Scar and Sarafina.

From the authors who brought you "Chronicles Of The Pridelands" comes a completely new story. This is the story of a lioness who adopts a leopard cub. This story is not as involved or as in-depth as the "Chronicles Of The Pridelands", however it is still an excellent story.

“"Chronicles Of The Pridelands" was nice while it lasted.  Nearing the end, the formula was showing signs of age, and it was best retired.  This story is not canon to the Chronicles series, but it is sure to appeal to fans of "Chronicles Of The Pridelands".  Because it is fresh, a new start, it recaptures the energy of the original "The Legacy of Ahadi". It is not a sequel but a totally original story.” -- John Burkitt

This is a series of stories that explores the world set up in "The Lion King II: Simba's Pride".

The Visitor Text

This is a very nice and different story.  This story provides a unique view of the Pride Lands by a very unique human visitor, Cruz.  I really like this story, it gets to you emotionally.  Be sure to get a picture of our hero Cruz.  I'm told there may be a sequel(s) in the future, I can't wait.

Low and behold, it is here.   The great sequel to "The Visitor" is a wonderful continuation in the life of our favorite lion cub Naline and her strangely over-armed and compassionate friend Cruz.   This is one of the few examples, in my opinion, of a sequel that is just as good if not better than the original.  Here we get to see Naline grow up threw the eyes of her dear friend Cruz in a series of visits to the Pride Lands.  Could there be any more?  Let's hope so. :)

“In this sequel to "The Visitor," Nadine, the little lioness, and Cruz, her strangely over-armed friend, once again roam the vast oceans of grass of the Pride Lands in search of fun and adventure.  Will Naline ever find that special someone? Will Cruz ever get a real job? Find out in "The Visitor: Snapshots."” -- Gil 'the Great' Ruiz

Amazing, just about describes this wonderful new story.  This is an all new story about Jaguars from the same writers that created the "Chronicles Of The Pridelands."  It is very emotional and moving, full of some of the most likable characters.
