A few words about how I've rated the songs on my page.  First, my rating for a song is highly subjective.  It is my personal opinion, on a relative scale of how much I like the song, and your mileage will likely vary.  Second, I'm using a nice wavetable sound card and Wave synthesis.  If you are only using a standard FM modulation based sound card (like Sound Blaster 16) then the songs will sound very different.

It has been my experience that a song that sounds really good with a wavetable, often doesn't sound so good with FM synthesis.  To find out more about the differences or to hear an example of the difference you can check out my MIDI information page.
