You find yourself at the top of a tall hill. There is a path winding downward into a valley. You follow it for a while, and then it branches off into several different directions. On your left, it winds into a dark forest. Straight ahead, it continues to a large Gothic style building. On your right, a long road winds off into the distance. Far ahead you notice a large sign.

Before you, sitting on a large pedestal, is a book identical to the one in the room.

"Welcome. We are glad that you have made it this far, and we hope that you enjoy your stay. You may go wherever you wish, but please remember not to disturb the delicate balance of your surroundings. By now you have most likely noticed your companion --"

As if on cue, the ball of light zips up next to your shoulder as you continue reading:
