Scene: "The Outlands"
<Zira is just returning back with Kovu>
Nuka:  Mommy!  Hey!  Mommy!  I caught you some field mice, and left by
the... <Zira walks by>  Okay.  <Whispers to himself>  Darn!  I stuffed
them little boogers with laxatives all for nothing!

Scene:  "My Lullaby"
<Zira sings, and attempts to pull out the root to let the sunlight in,
to allow a spotlight on little Kovu.>
Director: <Waiting>  ....Well?
Zira:  D@mmit!  It's stuck!
Director: <Turns to stage hand>  What do we pay you people for!  Get
over there and fix that!

Scene: "My Lullaby"
<This time the root is pulled out successfully, and the song continues>
Zira:  The POUNDING of the Drums of-- YOWWWW!!!
Director:  Now what!?
Zira: I thought you were going to soften this piece of the props so I
could smash it to bits!?
Director: <Turning to stagehand one more> WHY AREN"T YOU DOING YOU
JOB???  Just because this is DTV, doesn't mean we gotta be cheap!  Now
c'mon, and get it right!!!!

Scene: "My Lullaby"
<This time, the root is pulled, the rock is shattered, and the song
continues>
Zira:...And then our flag wil fly!  Against a blood red--  OOF! 
D@MMIT!!!  <She can't break through the ceiling>
Director: <breathing fire at the stagehand> When I say *WEAKEN* it, I
mean _/*WEAKEN IT!!!!!!*/_

Scene:  "My Lullaby"
<This time EVERYTHING works as planned, Zira smashes left to right, and
indeed it is a spectacular song!>
Zira: ....Against a blood red sky!  That's my lullaby!!  
<Suddenly,  all the lionesses grab onto the termite mound, as it begins
to shake. Then, it suddenly collapses-- Taking everyone with them!>
Director:  <Beats himself in the head with his bullhorn>
Stagehand:  What!?  you told me to weaken the darn thing!

Scene:  "Upendi" 
<Rafiki is reading the script for the Upendi sequence>
Rafiki:  Whoa, Whoa!  Now wait just a minute!  Eef Upendi ees about
love, why am I singing it?

Director:  You mean you never had feelings for someone else?  C'mon! 
you gotta have SOMETHING???

Rafiki:  Well... dere was dis inflatable Female Baboon...

Director:  <Sighs>  Close enough...  <Whispers to aide>  Just slip him
some pills in his drink, and let's hope for the best...
