Alright guys, this is going out on a broad signal.. from the north pole to
the south, east to west.. around the world in 80 nanoseconds.  

Today is Kimya's birthday, a friend to many of us on both lists, on the
mucks, ect.  Yeah, I know.. these things occur often.  But today we both
decided it would be a good time to announce something very special.  You
don't have to read it, but trust me, it is TLK related. :)

Hmm, I've been on TLK-L nearly 2 years I think.  When I first came, I was
the only Timonaholic around.  There were many other Timon fans around, but
I'm pretty sure I was the only fanatic.  I had always wondered if anybody
else saw what I saw in that little guy.  Well finally back in late January
I posted to alt.fan.lion-king (I had left the list for a while but kept up
with the newsgroup occasionally).  About a week later I was surprised to
see a reply to my message regarding Timon memorabilia from what seemed to
be a Timonaholic!  She seemed to be very interested in anything Timon
related I could find if I ever found any.  Immediately this bewildered me,
seeing the potential of another Timonaholic around.  We talked about a lot
of things, Timon.. the muck.. the list.. TLK in general.. Disney.. RL
stuff.. and as time passed, the number of messages from her grew, as well
as my interest.  

We played together on the muck as summer approached.  I took up a character
by the name of Msondo (which means 'loud'), to compliment her character
Kimya (which means 'quiet').  I played her friend and eventually her mate. 
I vowed to show her as much as she wanted about RP, showing her ways I use
to really get into it and lose myself in it.  

During the summer our free time grew.  We spent alot of time on the list,
on the muck, and especially with e-mail.  Our relationship grew very close,
and she quickly became my closest friend, which was odd because I had
always been extremely cautious about those I met online.  We spent a lot of
time talking with Maguezi, who was yet another Timonaholic we had ran
into.. and a very good friend whom I look up to with all respect.  Time
went on, and we grew even closer.  As summer drew to an end.. we both
admitted that the summer had been the best we had ever known.

As we meddled in fall, we still kept close.  The summer had left us
inseperable and our friendship was nothing less than amazing.  We stuck
through whatever obstacle life threw at us.  We also held back a lot of
feeling which had developed within us over the time we had known eachother.
 And well.. <looking outside at the floored foliage> as the leaves fell
this weekend, I'm happy to announce with all my heart two more things that
have fallen, two hearts.. mine and Kimya's. :)

I owe everything to Timon.. the list.. the newsgroup.. and TLK.  I'd love
to thank all of you.  Our community has made it possible for us to find
ourselves.. and I know we aren't the first and hopefully not the last.. but
we just wanted to announce this.. and say thanks. :)

I know, usually most, including myself, would hold off on something like
this.  But she has told me everything I need to know, I've never been so
sure of anything else in my life to say.. "I love you Kimya" :)
