The Lion King II : A Messed Up Sequal *Morning on Pride Rock. Everyone is still asleep. Kiara awakes and notices everyone else is still snooozing* Kiara - Hmm, the sun is about to rise, and daddy said he'd show me the sunrise with him. *Kiara runs to Simba, looks around, and bite Simba on the ear lightly* Simba - (mumbling while still asleep) - Oooh Nala, you know that drives me crazy. * Kiara looks puzzled and bites him harder. Simba starts kicking his left back paw and begins breathing heavily with a smile on his face. Nala awakes* Nala - Simba? Kiara? Whats going on??? Kiara - He won't wake up. Nala - Simba, WAKE UP!!!! Simba - *yawns* Nala, I feel really good. No one's up, d'ya wanna-- *Nala shoots him a "shut up" face* Simba - What? Nala - Kiara. Simba - Oh. Nala - Well, anyway,what is it sweety? (They run off) *scene - pride rock Nala and some other lionesses are chatting* Nala - So then I said, "Sherah, you are pretty even though your left eye is torn out." Sarafina - Nala honey, where's your husband? Nala - Simba went out with Kiara to play. Sherah - I heard some yelling earlier, what was Simba yelling about? Nala - Oh my. Kiara met a lion from nextdoors pride. Y'know how next doors pride is Scars pride? Chloe - Yes. Nala - Well, Kiara brought home Scars son, Kovu. He's an adorable cub, but Simba freaked when he found out he was Scar's son. Sherah - Didn't Kiara know he was Scars son? Sarafina - Didn't she know about Scar? Nala - Well, Timon & Pumbaa told her about her great uncle, but she didn't know his name or what he looked like. Chloe - So it wasn't her fault. Nala - No, but you know how Simba can be. He can be such an animal. Sherah - In bed? Nala - Hey!! (Just then, the lionesses hear loud moaning in pain. They go over to where the noise is behind some bushes. There is A jaguar and her cub and a tiger and her cub) Nala - Woah, wh-whats wrong? Tiger - We're gonna die. We've been wandering the dessert trying to get back to the jungle. We're dehydrated and we both have cubs.(cubs are both female) Chloe - Oh dear god, thats horrible! Sarafina - Nala, what are we supposed to do with them? Nala - Well..I am queen so I guess you can stay with us for a while. You need someone to take care of your cubs till you can re-gain strength. Chloe, can you take their cubs to the waterhole? Tiger Cub - Hi, I'm Sanabi. Jaguar Cub - And I'm Shenni. Jaguar Mom - Thank you so much. Tiger Mom - We appreciate it, do you have any food? Nala - Sure. C'mon. Chloe - Nala, can your mom help me with the other cub? Nala - Mom, will you? Sarafina - Sure honey. C'mon cubs. (The cubs follow Chloe & Sarafina while the others go back to Pride rock) At Pride Rock - Sherah - Do you eat Wildebeast? Tiger -Yes, oh, by the way, my name is Roshana. Jaguar - I'm Ramani. *All start chowing down* meanwhile at the waterhole-- Chloe - So, how old are ya'll? Shenni - We don't know. Sarafina - Do you want to come and live with us? Sanabi - Sure, why not? Sarafina - How did you get here? Sanabi - We went on a vacation with our moms and then when we tried to get back home, we got lost and ended up in the desert. Chloe - Oh my. Nala - See if they wanna get married? Kiara - Think of it dad, Kovu's your son-in-law! Nala - Now we have two sons. Kiara - Kovu, what about your mother? Kovu - She doesn't have to know about it. Simba - Hey, don't try and hide things. I thought I could stay in the jungle and leave my responsibilities, but I was wrong. NALA convinced me to come back. *Nala and Simba smile to each other* Nala - What were we saying? Kovu - What will I tell my mother? Nala - You'll just have to tell her. We'll come with you...incase of a fight. Kovu - thanks. Simba - Sure. *They all walk to Zira's pride...Kovu finds his mother lying on the ground like she's about to die.* Kovu - Mom! What's wrong? Zira - I don't know....Son? I thought you were dead. Kovu - I've come to tell you I'm getting married...but now I'm not sure I should leave you. You look so sick.. Zira - I think I'm gonna die son. My life flashed before my eyes, and I realized how wrong Scar was to kill your father, Simba. But, I also loved him. He grew up as a second child, as I did. A second pair of royalness...Only I wasn't royalty. But it hurt no one noticed me. He loved me too. The day he died, I was told I was to have you in a month. That's why I didn't fight for him. If I would've died, Scar would never have any descendants. The day Kovu was born, and our marriage were the happiest days of our lives. Kovu, I want you to marry Kiara and have a happy life. Kovu - (crying) - Mom...don't leave. Zira - I've already told the lionesses of my pride to go back to you Simba. I was told to kill you cuz Simba killed my father. I really didn't know much about him though. (a few tears shed) Kiara - *licks one tear off his cheek* - Oh Kovu, this is so hard for you huh? Nala - (to Simba) - This must be so hard for him. Simba - Yeh. At the 'Royal Cave' ~~~ Simba - Kovu, here's where we live. You and Kiara can sleep in that part that's half-way secluded. Kiara - thanks dad. Simba - Sure. *nuzzles Kiara* Kovu - If ya'll don't mind, I'm gonna go to bed. Kiara - Okay. Kovu leaves Kiara - Mom, dad, thank you so much! Nala - Sure honey. Simba - Only one thing, if you're gonna have sex, do it when we're not around. Kiara - Oh dad, what makes you say that? Simba - The jungle has that effect on you. Nala - We know from expierance. Simba - He's gonna be your new stepbrother. His name is Kovu. Chaka - Can I go say hi? Nala - Maybe you should let them have their time alone. Chaka - Okay. A month later --there are twice as many pride members Simba - Geez, I dunno if I can handle this many lions in my pride. Nala - Well, you'll ahve to live with it. Simba - I guess. *Kiara and Kovu enter* Kiara - Mom, what was that poem you used to sing to me? Nala - You mean that "Little Things" poem? Kiara - Yeh. Nala - "I believe in little things..." I don't remember, ask Sarafina. Mom, will you c'mere? Sarafina - Yes? Nala - Do you remember that "Little Things" poem you used to sing to me? Sarafina recites the poem perfectly Nala - Thats sweet. Kovu - Uh, I know we don't talk as much as we probably would've if you hadn't thought I was evil, but, when me and Kiara were in the jungle, we talked about starting our own pride. But...three lions isn't a pride. What should I tell her? Simba - Well, my pride has gotten twice as big since your mother died. If you want, you and Kiara can take your part of the pride. After all, you were meant to be king, and Kiara is queen. Kovu - Really? Simba - Sure. *Nala and Kiara return* Kovu - Kiara, darling, will you be my queen? Kiara - We're already married. Kovu - What I mean was, Simba said he'd give us my half of his pride. The part that was Zira's. Kiara - Of course I will! *nuzzles* DAYS LATER +++++ Kiara - Chaka, brother, I'm gonna leave now.
