Leaders of the Pride: A Lion King Story

Hello, my name is Justin P. Reese, some of you knew me on the internet as "The Sonic God," owner and operator of The Ultimate Gamers Community. But few of you would even guess about, that a hardcore videogame fan like myself, would have such interest in the Disney Movie, The Lion King. Pretty cool, huh? I also run The Lion King: United Nations, lionking.org's own collection of Lion King ezBoards, operating my Lion King fans, for Lion King fans. :)

This is a fanfiction novel that I have created myself. The main character is the father of Queen Nala in The Lion King. His name is Shisazen (pronounced Shih-sah-zehn). In the story, you will learn of a lion cub who was separated from his parents in the middle of a storm by a trio of hyenas. As the story goes on, you will also learn of a prophesy that this cub, whom we know as Shisazen, is to become the greatest strength to the Pridelands.

This fanfiction novel has some ties with the famous fanfiction novel, Chronicles of the Pridelands, which has been written by John Burkitt and David Morris. All other Lion King characters presented in this fanfic are hereby copyright Walt Disney Studios.

Because this is a fanfiction, there is no direct tie to TLK, although this fanfic is based off of it. It is not a valid reference for any material to who Nala's father actually is. I've seen many versions of Nala's father. This is my version.

Please keep in mind that this fanfiction is still under construction. There may be spelling or grammar mistakes which I apologize for...I'm only human!

I was recently told that Fabana was a male in other Lion King fanfics. Not much I can do about that now, because Fabana in this fanfic plays the role of mother to Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed. M'korofi, plays the father.

One more thing, this fanfic contains a bit of quirks and many mistakes. They will be corrected in the final version.
