A window with your completed application will appear for you to print out. After printing the application, you can either fax it, mail it in, or best yet, bring it with you to Alta Key for our leasing agents to process.

It's not necessary to fill out all the fields when submitting the form. If you have a question about a field, or are uncomfortable about answering any of the questions, leave it blank and print the form, then fill it in later. Or, if you'd prefer, call our leasing office; any one of our agents would be happy to assist you in whatever you may need.

Please also take the time to read our qualification criteria. The form that accompanies it is available for you to download, print and sign after you've looked it over. In it you will find the minimum monthly income requirements for each apartment lease, occupancy guidelines, and our fair housing statement.

Please remember: each co-resident and each occupant over 18 must submit a separate application. There is a non-refundable $50.00 fee per application. Also, when addresses are requested, please remember to put in the full street, city, state, and zip code; none of the text fields have a max length to them.
