Browsers

Much of this site relies on JavaScript. Some of the images and links you will find here are defined using JavaScript. I have done what I can to make these scripts work in as many browsers as possible, but this is often difficult. I decided to be sure to make everything work on the two major browsers, Netscape and Internet Explorer. The required versions of these browsers are 4.0+ for Netscape, and 4.01+ for Internet Explorer.
I managed to get a lot of the scripts to work with Opera 3.5x, but then they released Opera 3.6 which didn't work with the scripts that Opera 3.5x worked with.

There are also other problems I have encountered with other browsers. One of them is that Opera does not support backgrounds in tables. If you are using Opera and haven't noticed this before, check out my 'The Characters' section. If you look at this page with Opera, you will see a page with black background, and a table containing one images of each of the characters in TLK/SP. If you use another browser, you will also notice that there is actually a background image inside this table.

So, if you find a lot of broken images and links on this site, check it out with one of the recommended browsers and see the difference.
