One hobby of mine is cartooning. The strip I draw is called Natural Born Slackers. Recently I became my high school's cartoonist so I'll add the article here when the next issue is published on Feb 14. The strip is based on my life and the people I meet. Matter of fact, all the characters are inspired by people I know. Since I've read Calvin and Hobbes I've wanted to become a cartoonist. I really connect with what the strip has to say. The strip has complicated drawings so my drawings are inspired by Peanuts being that it's a very clever strip with simple drawings. Here is an archive of my works. It's very time consuming to get comics to digital form so I don't have much work here now. Also be warned that the strips here take a very long time to load so don't say I didn't warn you. But first lets take a look at the characters...

Each character complements one side of me. Shannon reflects my emotional side. We basically talk normally. Dan reflects my spiritual side. We talk about religion and stuff like that. And Justin reflects my fun side. He's the weird character. Now see them in action... If you're using AOL and they look a little crappy, use Internet Explorer or Netscape and they'll look perfect but take longer to load.
