### settings/setup ###

- edit language.inc.php as you like
- set up conf.inc.php
- set up header.inc.php, footer.inc.php and style.css with your own style or simple use mine ;)
- edit template.inc.php as you like

### installing ###

- copy all folders/files to a new dir on you server (the convert folder only if you need this one)
- chmod 666 or 777:
	- folder 'csv' and all *.txt-files inside there
- run xGB.php via browser and login to the admin-area with your pw to edit smilies & badwords
- that's all
