- Monica has aspired to be an animator for all of her life. Before she started attending California State University Fresno to persue a BA in Art and Sociology, she was lucky enough to get the chance to work on "Caged Bird" as costuming and design and later as producer. Monica was very involved in her high school art department as not only art club president, but also three-time department award winner. She was also very dedicated to her high school music department as an oboe/sax player, seating principle chair in the by-audition wind ensemble, as well as making district honor band three times. Monica has created many pieces of art for private collectors and has designed not only her own website at RQLDesign.com, but the Caged Bird website you see here. Monica plans on being an animator, illustrator, or designer.
