this stuff before.

Scene:  Presentation.  Rafiki holds up Kiara for all to see...  The wind
starts blowing...  Rafiki takes a deep breath.  A leaf gets stuck in his
nose!
Rafiki:  WACHOOOOO! <Kiara is dropped>  Oops!  D@mn!  First Tanabi, Now
DEES!  Ah well.... Send in the extras!
Director: WE DON'T HAVE ANY EXTRAS!  This is a DTV, REMEMBER?
Rafiki: Oh... D@mn!
Director:  Never mind, we'll shoot this scene later... and keep it
clean, Rafiki!  Remember the target audience!

<Rafiki holds up a Kiara Plush><The wind blows again.>
Rafiki: <Taking a deep breath>  *GASP!*  *COUGH COUGH HACK!*  <Drops the
plushie in his surprise> <Googly eyes> OY!  <Puts his hands to his face>
Dem warthogs!  *Cough cough*!
Director: <sighs> Why didn't we just have him hold the plush in the
first place??

Mufasa:  Remember your parking space, Luke!
Director:  CUT!

Scene:  Rafiki in his tree.
Rafiki:  Oh, Mufasa, Kiara is getting more beautiful every day! But this
Kovu... <Wind starts blowing>  AACK! <Quickly puts on a gas mask>
<muffled dialect>  Hee hee... Can't take any chances!
Director: CUT!

Rafiki:  Oh, Mufasa... Kiara is getting more beautiful every day!  ROWR!
Director:  Cut!

Rafiki:  <Little depressed now...>Oh, Mufasa... Kiara is getting more
beautiful every day.  But that Kovu...
<Wind blows and a gourd falls on top of Rafiki-- Knocking him
unconcious>
Director:  <Suddenly bursts out laughing for no apparent reason.>

Rafiki: <a little dazed> Oh Mufasa, Kiara is getting more beautiful
every day!  But this Kovu...  <Monopoly board falls onto Rafiki--
knocking him unconcious>
Director:  CUT!  What the <BLEEP!> was that? Has somebody been reading
Fan Fiction?

Scene:  Yep... you guessed it!  Same as above!
Rafiki:  <Tears in his eyes... and a very pained... frightened
expression>  Ohhhhh.... Mufasa... <sob!> Kiara is getting.... getting
more beautiful
<sniff> everyday!  But this Kovu....  <Suddenly kringes, and puts his
hands over his head.>
Director:  WOW!  The emotion!  The POWER!  SAVE THAT TAKE!  <Whispers to
an aide> We can always cut this out of the final version, right?

Scene: Simba and Zira first meet.
Zira:  In the outlands we have little food... Less tobacco...
Director: CUT! <Starts to whimper>
Zira: Well D@mmit!  it's the truth!!!  I'm thirsty...  where's a cold
beer when you need one?  THERE'S LESS OF *THAT* TOO, BY THE WAY! <Trots
off...>

Zira: 'Cause it sooths my inner kitty... <Rubs against part of termite
mound> OOH!  OHHHHHHHHhhhhhYEAH!  Right there.... <Keeps scratching, and
rubbing her back slowly against the rock>  YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!  Oh, YES!
<camera crew just sits and stares for a while>

Scene: One of Us.
Cheetah: HEY!  Where's Rindimo?  I thought this was going to be a
Rindimo concert!!!
<A few other animals begin to express their discontent>
Animals in the mosh pit:   RIOT!!!
Director:  HURRY!  SEND KOVU IN THAT SHOT!  Let's see if we can play
this ugly ordeal off into a part of the feature.  <Kovu is pushed into
the croud screaming "No!  I didn't do anything!">  Too bad...  I was
going to have the lionesses sing...

Scene:  One of Us.  Kovu is running away, and we see the disembodied
head of Simba appear.
Simba:  Remember the farce, Luke!
Director: CUT! <Sobs some more...> Like Father, Like son...
