Sarafina


     Sarafina is /the/ enigma of the movie. She's in the credits, yet she only has one line [in any, TLK or SP]. She's Nala's mother, a very important figure in the opinion of many, but for some reason she's given only a few words in each movie. This lack of any real personality definition left a LOT of space for writers` imagination to grow and produced a lot of work. She also holds the secret to the fandom's most often asked question: who is Nala's father? Most better fiction works at least mention her, if not give her one of the main roles, so the variations her personality takes in them are countless.
    Unfortunately, the lack of on-screeen time also adds up to lack of pictures, but I hope to fix that soon enough. So far, you should be more then satisfied with stories in the Fan Fiction section, where you can learn more about this puzzle of the fandom.
