Timon and Pumbaa


     Timon and Pumbaa. What else is there to say?                           ...fine, fine ;) Although they're often just used for comic relief, these two characters play an important role in Simba's life. They not only save his life, but also bring him up. Whether or not that is a good this is left undecided <g>. They're two completely different characters, the only thing in common being their philosophy: Hakuna Matata, no worries. They have many fans, especially Timon, his "used car-salesman" charm obvious throughout the film. Or at least it's second half.
