Saka lay dreaming of snow(the malamute in her showing),when Balto came in."Saka!"he cried"Come quick!John just got another hyena for his team!His name is Tikilo or something!"

Saka got up to investigate so quick she was still half asleep at the dock.The men at the dock were unloading the animal as they got in."Easy...easy boy!"they said.Then,as they unloaded the crate even further,the animal howled a bloodcurdling laugh-like noise and clawed the crate."Watchit...Watchit!"a man said as the crate was dropped.

The crate broke open and a thick haired male hyena/dog boolted out."Get the dogs inside!Get the dogs inside!Get yor kids!"The hyena,a striped,ran and pounced on a wolf by a creek in the nearby woods,where the hyena ran.The wolf cried in pain,attracting it's pack.This was the Alpha Female,and the pack fought ferociously untill the hyena left.He entered the empty streets,only to be caught and chhained by John Logan."Wild One."he said.

Meanwhile,Saka watched him,and smiled.Balto,Jenna,and their 2 pups were safely inside,but could still see Sakarali's smile.

"Jenna!Jenna!"Balto whimpered."Come on,Jenna!"the husky didn't move."Oh no!I need a vet!"he said.

Jenna lay motionless on the ice and snow.She was bleeding badly from a scratch in her shoulder.

Balto thought back to the accident.

It was ment to be a romantic evening on the lake,which was deep frozen.The dogs were whatching the Northern Lights when out of nowhere a bear appeared,lunging for Jenna.Balto heard her screams and cries and lunged for the bear.It left then, but Jenna was injured badly.

Balto howled for help,but only a wolf replied,and it was to far away.He then heard Steele,and one of his pups of Alue's age barking.Steele and Balto were friends this time.Steele's mate,a doberman named Maggie,was there barking with them.Steele sent his son to help.

The young malamute appeared out of the bushes.He was black and white like Steele,but thin and short haired like his mother.

His name was Tikilo.He and Balto drug Jenna to Steele and Maggie.Then she was carried to town,where Steele and Maggie's owner was waiting with the vet.Jenna was taken in the office and promptly bandaged and given stitches.Balto thanked Tikilo and thought about one of his pups in town who didn't have a mate.Her name was Kitika.
