Where did the Outlanders come from?
The Outlanders used to be Pride Landers. They were Scar's followers, and were banished by Simba when he took over. They now live in a dry, termide infested land.

Is Kovu Scar's son?
No, he isn't. It is my guess that he was supposed to be, but that would make him Kiara's cousin so Disney changed it.

Where is Sarabi?
That's a good question. All of the lionesses in the Pride Lands look like her. As far as I know, Sarabi is not there at all.

What about the hyenas?
It seems that they ran off right after Simba took over the Pride Lands.

What is a "rogue"?
A rogue is a lion without a pride. A lonesome fellow, either looking for a pride or a mate, or just wondering around.
Usually, the rogue was either abandoned by his pride/parents, or he "gave up" or got "kicked out" for some reason.

Is Vitani a boy or a girl? - Vitani is a girl.
Is Nuka Scar's son? - He seems to be, but no one really knows.
Why is Zira smiling when she dies? - Because her actual death was cut off from the final movie. Zira actually kills herself, she doesn't fall, she lets go because she wants to.
