The Striped Hyena

Striped hyenas live in the arid regions of northern Africa and the middle East. Sometimes two of the lonley animals meet, but that's very seldom. The striped hyenas comunicate with scents.
Usually, a couple of Striped Hyenas lives together, maybe joined by growing cubs.
There aren't many facts about Stripeys, they're as good as not studied :-(
Some scientists say, that the fur of the
Aarwolf imitates the striped fur of her's to deceive enemies.
There aren't many animals who dare attacking a Striped Hyena. But another possebility is,, that the striped fur has been usual for all hyenas, only the
Spotted Hyena has, well, spotts. The fur of the Brown Hyena looks striped in a special position in the light, too. So it's unclear.
