Zira

Scar's devoted wife and mother of Kovu, Nuka and Vitani. In the video, "Simba's Pride", her character isn't

that believable, because she only wants to destroy and seemed to dislike her own children. If you've seen

the cut-out-scenes, you know that she was also supposed to be a loving mother and wife.

At the end she suicided, but in the video she just fell off the cliff, grinning. I know, the scene

is a bit scarring for children, but it would have given her some kind of...well, pride.

In the finally video she is a very clever and strong lioness,

planning well all her actions, a bit like Scar.

Her name means "hate".
