Tech: Your server ask for the full path to the shell, the default does not work. Please provide the details needed to get the server online.

Me:took me a lot of time to understand what he meant
in fact when there is problem mounting some drive or other problems that prevent freebsd to boot
freebsd display the message asking "full pathname of shell or ENTER for /bin/sh"
The guy didns't read that phrase correclty and though the shell was missing..
just push enter dumbass !
2 hours before they figure that out

they remove the HD for the second time

still doens't work, take them more than 1.5 hour before they message me:

Tech:We are still having issues starting SSH. When we attempt to start SSH, we get permission denied. Is there another way to start SSH other than /etc/ssh start?

Me: yes of course , as /etc/ssh is a fucking directory !
that's where is the ssh conf, of course it will give you a permission denied if you try to execute a directory !!

1 hour later they are able to launch me a sshd after I gave them the command
I can connect to the server to simply notice that they moved the 2nd hard drive from the controller where the old system drive was.
So that's why freebsd was not booting and asking the user to correct the error.

I edit fstab to correct the new location of the drive they moved but were not supposed to,
reboot and tadah , server is back .
Thanks you tech support, next time put someone who has a brain and knows more than the ways to crash the server.
