This page is abit of a tribute to the unique Outsiders in the film, including the well-loved,"Dotty".
"Dotty" (named by Timba TT)
Dotty is by far the most unique and also most frequent appearing of the non-character Outsiders. She has several dots under her left eye socket and also has a dark mark under her left eye.
Dotty again (furthest to the right). It's kinda hard to see her marking in this pic. Also, the lioness in the middle (which has been named "Beauty-spot" by Couragose) has a dark dot on her chin. It's not just a mark or dust on the film, it is consistant as she walks and it can even be seen in the original pencil sketch of this frame.
"Scruffy" (named by Keesha)
This one is a lot less noticable than Dotty. During the beginning of the battle you can see an outsider lioness behind Zira with a large clump of fur on the back of her neck, similar to Aleu from "Balto 2".
Furthest to the right. It looks like it could be the Scruffy-neck lioness again. It's hard to tell though, she has round face-sides in this picture instead of the pointed ones she had earlier. It could just be a very wet lioness. Also in the middle, Dotty appears again!
"Lazy/Sly eye" (named by Keesha)
Occasionally during the film you can catch glimpses of this lioness. Her left eye is always half shut.
"Spotty" (named by Celia)
Dotty has a twin!Watch very closely during the ambush scene. On the right (as pictured above) there is an outlander lioness with dots under her right eye, she also has pointed face sides rather than round ones like Dotty. You may be thinking that it is Dotty but the artists got her wrong but Dotty also appears in this same shot: and she's perfectly on-model too.
"Scratch" (named and discovered by Mizani)
This one is probably the hardest to notice. She only appears on screen for a quick few seconds. She has a small dark spot on the side of her nose ridge.
"Digger (N'gora)" (named by Starlioness)
Digger isn't exactly a "unique" outsider, but she is fairly well known because she looks a lot like Vitani, minus the bangs.
"Chippy" (named and discovered by Criswell)
Only seen in the "scream" shot (?), Chippy is a lioness who's lost half her tooth. Perhaps from the battle.
Outsider's with hair tufts
Vitani isn't the only one with "hair". Many of the other Outsider lionesses also have hair tufts, but never as much as Vitani does.
