Okay. There is an anime that aired a few years ago in Japan called "Gravitation," which is about a group of upcoming artists trying to get big in as many ways as possible.
During the fourth episode in the series, this band is playing in a TV station as a reward for winning some guessing game show. During the song, they have a shot where they go up a building, and on the building is an advertisement for TLKoB!
