In The episode special "Wheres Pery?" The family go to a vacation in Africa, and I had a huge feeling that there would be a lion king parody..... aperently, there were a lot! First, Buford makes a setup of the TLK sunrise. Then, they walked by some lions, and there was one that looked exactly like Nala. Then, Isabella covers her nose because a bunch of warthogs walk by (Which is a reference to Pumbaa's farting problem). If any of these are really intended to be, it would probably be the warthog thing.

Another homage to the Lion King seen in the "Where's Perry" special was when Isabella said that one of the patches earned in the Fireside Girls book on Africa was a badge for eating grubs. Buford says he likes them, and the other boy says he is disgusted. Eating grubs is referenced other times in the special, and they do get to eat grub smores at the end of the special.

According to the Phineas and Ferb wiki, in "Across the Second Dimension", Phineas held Perry up like Rafiki held Simba during the song "Everything's Better with Perry".
