About Me: I work from home on my computer striving for perfection in my writing talents. I am a lion furry(to know more please Google Furries). I go by the name Malaika, which is the name of the main character in Malaika's journey. Malaika is Swahili meaning angel or small child. I sometimes find myself as the small child as I have the heart of one.
How Did I Get Into Writing?: I started writing when I was 15 and never gave up the dream. Though almost all of my earlier work is gone I still retain some of the ones that I have enjoyed. I write Fantasy and Romance as well as fan fiction.

Originally posted here was a leter to me about receiving an award but something more serious has come up. I'm needing somehow get $500 or we lose the roof over our heads. One fur will be moving out if he doesn't get a job. The other is working hard to get a job. I don't get my SSI for a while. Please I'm calling out with the twilight bark for help.
